1. Scope
OT Playbook sells downloadable educational resources for adults, caregivers, educators, and related professionals. The downloads are general educational materials. They are not medical advice, individualized occupational therapy treatment, a patient portal, or an emergency service.
By starting checkout or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Sale and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not complete checkout.
2. Accounts and eligibility
A customer account is required before checkout and before file access. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, using accurate account and billing information, and contacting support promptly if you believe an order or account was used without permission.
Purchases are for personal, household, classroom, therapy-room, or internal professional use by the purchasing customer. Unless a product page says otherwise, downloads may not be resold, redistributed, publicly posted, shared as a file library, or used to create competing products.
3. Prices, taxes, and payment
Store prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless a product page or checkout screen says otherwise. Taxes, if collected, are calculated and shown during checkout before payment is completed. Stripe processes payment details; OT Playbook does not store complete card numbers, card security codes, or bank account credentials.
A purchase is not complete until Stripe reports a successful payment and OT Playbook records the order. Your bank statement may show OT Playbook, Stripe, or a related payment descriptor depending on the payment method, bank, and Stripe account configuration.
4. Digital delivery policy
Products are delivered digitally through your signed-in OT Playbook account. There is no physical shipping. After a successful payment, OT Playbook grants download access to the purchased product and shows the order in your account history. Delivery is usually available within a few minutes after Stripe confirms payment.
If a download does not appear within 30 minutes after a successful payment, contact support from the account used for checkout. If OT Playbook cannot provide the purchased download within the promised time, OT Playbook will either ask whether you want to wait for delivery or cancel the undelivered item and issue the required refund.
Download access remains available from your account unless an entitlement is revoked for fraud, abuse, mistaken grant, charge reversal, legal requirement, or another account or order issue. Product file replacement and versioned updates are not guaranteed unless a product page expressly promises them.
5. Refund policy
Because OT Playbook sells digital downloads, completed sales are generally final after access is delivered. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, payment-network rules, or a required delay or nondelivery refund.
OT Playbook will review refund requests in the following situations:
- The file was not delivered or cannot be accessed after reasonable troubleshooting.
- The wrong product was delivered or the file is materially defective.
- A duplicate order was placed for the same customer and product by mistake.
- The purchase appears unauthorized, fraudulent, or connected to an account security issue.
- Applicable law, payment-network rules, or Stripe processing requirements require a refund.
Refund requests should be sent through signed-in support when possible so OT Playbook can verify the account and order. Include the order reference, product name, email address used for checkout, and a clear description of the problem. Public contact requests can be used if you cannot sign in.
6. Refund timing and status
Approved refunds are submitted back through Stripe or the original payment path when available. Refund timing depends on the payment method, card network, bank, and Stripe processing status. OT Playbook shows paid, partially refunded, refunded, disputed, failed, pending, and expired order statuses in your account history when that information is available locally.
If a payment is disputed through a bank or card issuer, the issuer's dispute process may control timing and outcome. Contacting OT Playbook support before filing a dispute is usually the fastest way to resolve delivery or product-access issues.
7. Cancellations and expired checkout
You may cancel before payment by leaving Stripe Checkout or returning to your cart. A pending checkout session may expire automatically if it is not completed. Expired, canceled, failed, or unpaid checkout sessions do not grant download access.
Once payment succeeds and digital access is delivered, cancellation is handled as a refund request under this policy rather than as an automatic right to cancel.
8. Support and order records
OT Playbook keeps order, entitlement, refund, dispute, and support records needed to provide downloads, customer service, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, legal compliance, and dispute response. See the Privacy Policy for more detail about information handling and retention.
For order, refund, download, or account help, use support. If you cannot sign in, use the contact page.
9. Changes to these terms
OT Playbook may update these Terms of Sale as the store, checkout, delivery process, refund workflow, payment providers, legal requirements, or product catalog change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. The terms in effect when you complete checkout apply to that purchase unless a later change is required by law or is more favorable to you.
